How to Fine Tune Your Study Skills
to Study Smarter, Not Harder

Learning is fundamental. You did it yesterday, you are doing it now and you will do it tomorrow. Sometimes, you learn because you have a required assignment. Othertimes, you learn because you are interested in a subject. Fine tuning your study skills is like any other task you want to learn. It involves a goal, a plan, the study skills, and then the motivation and self-discipline to complete the task.

Ultimately, you will study for yourself to achieve a goal. Right now, however, you will complete the WebQuest as part of an assignment. So take a look at the first column of the scoring rubric before you begin so you will understand how you will be graded.

This WebQuest will help you fine tune your learning. At each step in the process, you will go from a general to specific level so that when you actually study for your goal, you will know more about yourself and soon be studying smarter, not harder.
