Mid-term exams begin next Friday.  Please see the schedule below.  (NOTE: NO SCHOOL for students on Tuesday, January 16, 2018- Professional Development Day for teachers and staff.  The Challenge Success Presentation is Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM in the Performing Arts Center.  Details below.

  • Students must attend all exams (REMINDER - any senior with a 90% average or above in a semester course is exempt from the midterm)
  • Students must remain in class for the full testing block
  • Ghost Post (School Store) open during breaks

"The Well-Balanced Student"- by Challenge Success

Please join us on the evening of Tuesday, January 16 for a presentation titled "The Well-Balanced Student". Jon Kleiman, a representative from Challenge Success, will discuss strategies to establish a healthier home environment, reduce stress without sacrificing achievement, and increase your teenager's resilience, creativity and well-being (see poster below).

ATTENTION SENIORS - MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
University Cap & Gown will be in the upper cafeteria on February 1st and 2nd, 2018 during all four lunches to measure seniors for their graduation gown and to take orders for seniors to purchase their cap, gown and tassel.  Caps are $5, gowns are $11, and tassels are $2.00 ($18.00 total for all three.)  Please make checks payable to UNIVERSITY CAP & GOWN.

Chinese New Year Celebration at WA
The Chinese Program at Westford Academy is holding a night of entertainment and festivities on February 10 at the Westford Academy cafeteria to celebrate Chinese New Year, the year of the dog.  We would like to invite everyone in our community to have an unforgettable evening together. Event highlights include an authentic all-you-can-eat Chinese New Year dinner sponsored by Bamboo restaurant, lion Dance, Dragon Dance, and acrobatics by Chinese Folk Art Workshop Boston. Fantastic performances by Mandarin Program students! Prizes for every guest. Date: Saturday, February 10, 2018. Time: 5:00-8:30 PM. Place: Westford Academy Cafeteria and Performing Art Center.
