DECA P.R.I.D.E Scholarship
In our first year of existence, DECA P.R.I.D.E. was able to establish the DECA College Scholarship and award the first scholarship. The recipient from the Class of 2006 was Jeff Breslin. Currently attending the business program at Bryant College in Rhode Island, Jeff’s focus of studies is in marketing.
“ At Westford Academy, DECA really gave me the chance to understand what business is all about. The preparation and writing a business plan took a lot of work but more important, the competitions gave you a chance to really see what it’s like. Speaking to a group, presenting your ideas and trying to “sell” that idea… the DECA program is great!”
